A territory for coordinated practice and innovation
3 Multi-professional Health Centers (MSP) in Duras, Miramont-de-Guyenne and Lévignac
A health center is planned for 2028.
With the support of the Marmande Hospital, the CPTS Val de Guyenne is deploying the Gynécobus as part of advanced consultations (Aller-Vers) in several municipalities in the territory.
Our missions of Access to Care and Multidisciplinary Care Pathways are intended to strengthen coordination between community professionals and healthcare facilities, whether it be the Healthcare Access Service (15 emergency call center), post-hospitalization care, the installation of an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN), the teleconsultation assisted by a registered nurse, the identification of ALD patients without a primary care physician, or the palliative care pathway and caregivers.
Well-being, innovation and collaboration

A region in line with the expectations of the new generation of doctors and practitioners
Our CPTS ) is working to implement innovative systems to facilitate access to healthcare for the population and strengthen the relationship between practitioners and users :
- Gynecobus
- Mobile Medical Unit
- Teleconsultation assisted by a home-based nurse
In 2028, a health center multi-site will open. This project aims to strengthen healthcare services while providing working conditions adapted to the needs of the new generation of practitioners.

Work-life balance: An exceptional living environment
Our region offers an exceptional quality of life, combining the tranquility of a rural area, vibrant and active communities year-round, and dynamic associations. You can enjoy a healthy work-life balance thanks to a well-preserved environment, cultural activities, and leisure pursuits for the whole family.
A free relocation support service for the whole family will be offered, particularly for doctors through Bienvenue Docteur. This service also includes support for doctors to remain in practice, for welcoming medical students, and for raising awareness among high school students about medical studies. The support provided addresses both professional and personal goals.

Working as a team, in consultation, and delegating
Within our CPTS, our doctors are committed to promoting inter-professional collaboration.
This helps to enrich practices, improvethe quality of care and reduce unnecessary dependence on doctors.
In line with this multidisciplinary approach, we will be able to support a local nurse towards advanced practice.
All types of healthcare professionals will be welcome and can be supported in their installation, whether it is permanent or temporary/partial.
