Who is assisted teleconsultation intended for?
Assisted teleconsultation is primarily intended for the most vulnerable users.
- For patients unable to come to your office : the home health nurse visits the patient at home and connects to the teleconsultation with the attending physician.
- Patients with long-term illnesses who do not have a primary care physician and who are followed by doctors from the "Doctors Near You" program or by Solidarity Doctors
- Teleconsultation with doctors from the SAS (Service d'Accès au SoinService) – Centre 15

No, the teleconsultation is completely confidential. A unique video link will be provided by the nurse to connect to the teleconsultation. Data collected during the teleconsultation is not saved.
