    Valérie PEROSA, physiotherapist and active member of the CPTS Val de Guyenne, is recruiting!

    In the heart of the Dropt Valley, renowned for its hospitality and good living, 15 minutes from the Dordogne, 1 hour from Agen and Bordeaux (therefore 3 hours from Paris by TGV), in an underserved area and ZRR, a 61-year-old massage therapist and osteopath is looking for an assistant.

    Project presentation:

    • Looking to form a partnership fairly quickly, if we get along well
    • Clientele of 2 full-time physiotherapists and regular refusal of new patients
    • Previously, an assistant (who left for personal reasons): €10,000/month turnover

    Company presentation:

    • A 130 m2 practice including 4 treatment rooms, 1 gym, 1 cardio and muscle room, 1 with sauna and bathtub, allowing you to direct your treatments, according to your preferences, more manually (as currently the case)
    • Satisfactory technical facilities (electrolysis, ultrasound, BFB, pressotherapy, parafango, depressomassage, etc.) and the possibility of offering HN wellness treatments.
    • Equipped with Kiné+4000 and a portable CV reader. Free parking in front of the office. Disabled access. Health protocol in place.

    Patient base:

    A friendly clientele of patients of all ages and with a wide range of pathologies will welcome your various techniques with kindness.

    A few private homes, a nursing home and an Ages & Vie residence.

    Numerous prescriptions with an ever-increasing demand for appointments.

    Presentation of coordination protocols in health territories

    Cooperation protocols facilitate the transfer of skills between healthcare professionals. They were created by the HPST law of 2009.

    In practice, many questions arise. To gain a clearer understanding, Agoralib (the regional federation of CPTS in Nouvelle-Aquitaine) organized a conference with Dr. Tron, a public health physician at the Regional Health Agency (ARS) and head of the Human Resources in Health department. Two other CPTS from the region shared their experiences.

    The CPTS Val de Guyenne is part of this desire for interprofessional cooperation and delegation, in particular to reduce "unnecessary" dependence on doctors.
