Main mission of the CPTSCreated in 2024, the CPTS Val de Guyenne ) conducted a thorough needs assessment of the region and its population, and submitted its health plan to the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Regional Health Agency (ARS) in December 2025.
 A formal agreement (ACI) with the Lot-et-Garonne Primary Health Insurance Fund (CPAM), the Agricultural Social Security Fund (MSA), and the Nouvelle-Aquitaine ARS was signed on January 30, 2026. CPTS Val de Guyenne aims to contribute to improving patient care with a focus on continuity and quality, through better coordination among its members, supporting structured healthcare pathways to meet the health needs of the local population. The association is particularly committed to: Fostering interprofessional relationships and making the CPTS a hub for the adoption and implementation of new technological and coordinated practices; Organizing a response to the region's healthcare needs; Improving the availability of local healthcare services through the coordination of medical and social care providers in the region; and Enhancing health promotion. Equal access to healthcare, as well as the quality and efficiency of care within the territory; Proposing and conducting exchange sessions and training activities for professionals and stakeholders
Composition of the CPTS teamThe association is composed of: A Board of Directors, currently comprising 13 members; and an Executive Committee, currently comprising 6 members
Hierarchical positioningUnder the hierarchical supervision of the two co-chairs of the CPTSCommunity Professional Health Team), and in close collaboration with the Executive Committee, the CPTS coordinator participates in the development of the CPTS and coordinates its activities. They oversee all projects undertaken. They contribute to the facilitation, implementation, and overall management (strategic, administrative, and financial) of the CPTS. They are responsible for putting in place the resources necessary to achieve the objectives set within the framework defined by the Executive Committee. 
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Main missionThe CPTS coordinator participates in defining and implementing the association's health project, mobilizing healthcare professionals, and monitoring the indicators of the Interprofessional Agreement (ACI). They ensure strategic, cross-cutting, and operational coordination of all projects. They act as a facilitator and mediator between stakeholders.
Detailed missions       Mission 1: Facilitation, Implementation, and Monitoring of the CPTSHealth Project Facilitate working groups to create synergy among healthcare professionals (private practitioners, institutions, social care, social services). Coordinate the implementation of missions defined in the health project, monitor the progress of actions (including ACI indicators), and ensure adherence to the schedule. Participate in territorial coordination of healthcare services and support for healthcare professionals. Adapt actions to the needs of the territory and local priorities. Facilitate communication and working relationships between the various partners, social care structures, and local elected officials involved in care pathways. Identify and deploy tools to facilitate coordination (protocols, digital tools, directories). Mission 2: Administrative and Financial Management of the CPTSDevelop the annual budget and ensure its monitoring in conjunction with governance. Ensure the administrative follow-up of agreements, ACI contracts, and ARS/CPAM relations. Participate in the preparation of activity reports. Participate in management dialogue. Ensure the Legal and regulatory monitoring; Prepare funding applications and calls for projects; Monitor the use and management of information systems and digital tools. Mission 3: Representation of the CPTS; Represent the CPTS in institutional and territorial bodies (CLS, DAC, Communities of Municipalities, inter-CPTS and others) as well as in the local and regional press; Liaise with the Regional Health Agency and the Primary Health Insurance Fund in monitoring the ACIC; Contribute to the development of a network of strategic partners in the territory. Mission 4: Facilitating the CPTS's associative life; Promote the CPTS to healthcare professionals, structures and partners in the territory, encourage membership, maintain the CPTSactivity and visibility, promote coordinated practice; Organize internal activities (General Assembly, etc.), CPTSbodies, Monitor CPTSmemberships; Support participatory dynamics between professionals and members; Define, with the Board, the external communication strategy and internal. Organize and oversee communication (website, social media, etc.), events, and the onboarding of new professionals
SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION
TrainingExperience in public health or in health coordination or in the management of associations and/or establishments (in the health and/or social care sectors). A degree in health management or equivalent would be an asset.
The prerequisites for the positionKnowledge : Sound understanding of the healthcare system and its organization, knowledge of the CPTS.Technical skills : Ability to monitor indicators and manage a budget, proficiency in office software (including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and collaborative tools (Plexus and WhatsApp). Proficiency in Canva and digital marketing tools would be an asset. Project coordination and management: Ability to lead and monitor multi-stakeholder projects, facilitate working groups and conduct meetings, ability to formalize procedures, protocols, and shared tools. Analytical skills and excellent oral and written communication skills.Analytical and adaptive skills : Ability to analyze local needs and practices, proactive approach, autonomy in work organization, ability to adapt to different environments.Personal qualities :Rigor, reliability, respect for confidentiality and professional ethics, ability to work collaboratively and in partnership, diplomacy and collective intelligence, strong organizational and planning skills, ability to prioritize, ability to synthesize information, ability to adapt to unforeseen circumstances.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT OF THE JOB
Qualifications, contract, status, location, mobilityRequired qualifications: Initial experience in public health and/or a degree in health management. Permanent, full-time position. Work location: Miramont-de-Guyenne. Remote work: Occasional. Driver's license (category B) required; personal vehicle essential (mileage allowance provided). Evening availability required. Travel within the CPTS territory
